eProduction is a free online collaboration tool intended specifically for live theatre.  eProduction assists you in scheduling, managing the rehearsal process, rehearsal reporting, communication and more.

Key Features:
Show Calendar: eProduction contains a group calendar intended specifically for theatre.  The calendar lets stage managers schedule rehersal and events by scene or person.  Every member of the cast and crew gets a specialized calendar with only his or her calls on it, as well the ability to view of the entire show calendar.

Online Contact Sheet: An online contact sheet keeps up-to-date information for all cast and crew members -- viewable by only you show's cast and crew.

Multiple shows, Multiple Theatres: When you become a member of eProduction, you can keep all of your shows in one place.  Your personal calendar reflects all of your events, not just the events for one show.  In addition, the automated conflict system keeps one theatre from scheduling you for an event when you're busy at another theatre.

Automated Reminders: You can choose to receive a daily schedule e-mail of each day's rehersal and events as well as notes and rehearsal reports.

Online Notes: Stage managers and directors can give notes to cast and crew online.  In addition those notes may be e-mailed to individuals.
